The current dam release is 185 CFS, where it is projected to remain until 11/07/26 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 256 CFS as of 8:00 AM. The morning water temperature was 47 Degrees Fahrenheit as of 9 AM.

 

UPPER SECTION

Angling success was described as “moderate to good” in the lower part, there were no anglers in the middle to upper part. The fish species reported were Steelhead the section.  The fish were holding in pools  and  moving upriver.  The volume of anglers was “moderate” throughout the lower section.  

MIDDLE SECTION

Angling success was described as “moderate” in the lower and middle sections and “moderate to good” in the upper part of this section. The fish species reported were Steelhead in the upper part, with Brown and Steelhead in the middle to lower parts. The fish were  actively moving upriver and holding in pools throughout this section. Density in this section was described as “moderate” throughout the section.

LOWER SECTION

Angling success was described as “moderate” just upriver, no one in the estuary.  The fish species reported were Brown and Steelhead. The fish present were moving upriver and holding pools. Angler density in this section was “moderate”.
