CFS at the dam dropped from 400 to its current 200 at 7 AM, where it is forecasted to remain until midnight tonight. CFS at the Pineville gauge was at 382 this morning. We had no anglers on Saturday, however we had an handful of guests Sunday as well as today, with nice summer weather to greet them (breezes, moderate temperatures, sunshine). Each of these days, our guests were able to connect with a few Smallmouth Bass, on the smaller size at this time of the year, and those guests targeting Fallfish had plenty of action. The forecast for tomorrow is: "Showers in the morning, then partly cloudy in the afternoon. High 77F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%."

The CFS at the dam bumped up from 200 to 400 on Friday night, 20 June, where it remained until Sunday night, 22 June, at which time the CFS bumped up even further to 1800, where it remains until further notice. On Saturday, 21 June, our guests enjoyed a warm day, with cooling breezes, as well as cooperative Smallmouth Bass and plenty of Fallfish. Saturday night we had severe weather move into the area, downing large trees and powerlines, with Sunday, 22 June, devoted primarily to area clean-up efforts and recovery of services. As such, we had no guests on the run Sunday. Today, 23 June, we also did not have any guests on the run, probably due to the 88 degrees high and heat index North of 100 degrees. The forecast for tomorrow is: "Except for a few afternoon clouds, mainly sunny. A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. High 86F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph." Commencing Wednesday, we should start cooling down, with the trend continuing through the weekend.
