The current dam release is 185 CFS, where it is projected to remain until 11/01/26 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 236 CFS as of 4:00 PM. The water temperature was 47 Degrees Fahrenheit as of 1:00 PM.

UPPER SECTION

No anglers were present in the upper part of this section. Angling success within the lower part was described as “good”, with angling success in the middle part described as  “good”.  The fish species reported were Steelhead throughout all portions of this section. The fish were both holding in pools  and  moving upriver.  The volume of anglers was “low”.

MIDDLE SECTION

Angling success was described as “good” within the lower to middle parts, and “good” in the upper part. The fish species reported were Steelhead in all parts of this section.  The fish were actively moving upriver and holding in pools throughout this section. Angler density in this section was described as “low” in the lower and upper parts, and “low” in the middle part.

LOWER SECTION

Angling success was described as “good” throughout the section.  The fish species reported were Steelhead throughout this section, with Chinook (King) Salmon and Brown Trout also being present in the portion of the river just upriver of the estuary. The fish present were moving upriver throughout this section as well as holding pools. Angler density in this section was “low” throughout  this section.
