UPPER SECTION

Angling success was described as “quiet” in the upper and middle parts of this section (no anglers were present there), and “high” in the lowermost part. The fish species reported were Chinook (King) Salmon through the entirety of this section. The fish were listed as both moving upriver and holding in pools.

MIDDLE SECTION

Angling success was described as “moderate to good” . The fish species reported were both Chinook (King), Cohos and Steelhead. The fish were both actively moving upriver and also holding in pools in the lowermost section. Angler density in this section was described as “moderate to high” throughout this section.

LOWER SECTION

Angling success was described as “slow” in the estuary, and “moderate” just upriver. Chinook (King) and Coho Salmon were reported present throughout both of these sections. The fish present were both actively moving upriver and holding in pools. Angler density in this section was “low” in the estuary and “moderate” just upriver.
