DSR Fishing Report:

The current dam release is 185 CFS, where it is projected to remain until 09/30/26 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 216 CFS as of 5:00pm. Water temperature this  morning was 56 degrees F as of 9AM

In the Upper Section, angling success was described as slow on top as well as the middle  of the section. Fish species reported were Kings and Coho’s. The fish present were mostly holding in pools with some moving upriver. Angler density in this section was described as low.

In the Middle Section, angling success was described as slow to moderate. Fish species reported were Kings and Cohos along with a pair of Steelhead. The fish present were actively moving upriver. Angler density in this section was described as high to moderate.

In the Lower Section, angling success was described as slow. Fish species reported were Kings and Cohos. The fish present were holding in pools and the lower section the fish were moving upriver. Angler density in this section was described as high in the upper section on this portion of the run and low in the lower section of the run.
