DSR Fishing Report for 23 August 2026:

REPORT:

We had about ½ dozen guests join us on the run today, (with a pair still on the run at the time of this report.)  There were a couple of fish sighted in the lower portion of the run but none taken to hand.

The flow from the dam is 185 CFS and is scheduled to remain at that level until 11:59 PM on the Sunday, the 24^th.  The Pineville gauge is currently at 232 CFS.

Tonight: Variable clouds with showers and scattered thunderstorms. Storms more numerous this evening. Gusty winds and small hail are possible. Low 54F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

Tomorrow:  Showers early, becoming a steady rain later in the day. High 66F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 80%. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch.
