DSR Fishing Report for 22 July 2026:

 

REPORT:

We had one angler fish the run today with slow-moderate angling success. He was able to land a few Smallmouth Bass ranging from 10-15 inches.  

CFS / WEATHER:

The flow from the dam is 250 CFS and is scheduled to remain at that level until 11:59 PM this evening. The Pineville gauge is currently at 256 CFS. Water temperature ranged from 69 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit today. Tonight: Partly cloudy skies. Low 51F. Winds WNW at 10 to 15 mph, becoming SE and decreasing to less than 5 mph.   Tomorrow: Rain showers early with mostly cloudy conditions later in the day. High 67F. Winds W at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 50%.   Tomorrow Sunrise: 5:42 AM Tomorrow Sunset: 8:41 PM
