DSR Fishing Report for 05 June 2026:

REPORT:

A handful of anglers joined us today on the run, primarily during the morning hours.  Smallmouth were the targeted species and several 13-15” came to hand using a variety of swung flies.

CFS / WEATHER:

The flow from the dam is currently 185 CFS which is scheduled through 11:59pm this evening.  The Pineville Gauge currently reads 264 CFS.

Tonight:  Partly cloudy skies this evening will give way to occasional showers overnight. Low 63F. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 70%.

Tomorrow:  Rain showers in the morning with thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. Gusty winds and small hail are possible. High 73F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70%.
