DSR Fishing Report for 12 May 2026:   REPORT: We had a handful of anglers on the run today.  Half reported not connecting with fish, a few other reported fresh Steelhead and a few Smallmouth Bass.  Fishing was ‘slow’ for Steelhead and ‘slow’ for Smallmouth Bass.   WEATHER / CFS: The current dam release is 750 CFS through 11:59pm tomorrow evening.  The Pineville Gauge is at 843 CFS. Tonight: Cloudy with rain developing after midnight. Low 46F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 100%.   Tomorrow: Rain. Thunderstorms possible...mainly in the afternoon. High 62F. Winds SSE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 100%.   Tomorrow Sunrise: 5:44 AM Tomorrow Sunset: 8:19 PM   ANNOUNCEMENTS:   Balance payments for all categories of seasons passes will be due by June 26, 2026.   As part of an After-Action-Review of last season that identified best-practices moving forward, guests are strongly requested to check out when they leave the property. This will enhance angler safety and our efforts to more accurately manage angler density on the run so as to not exceed angler limits.
