DSR Fishing Report for 22 April 2026:  

REPORT:

The water temperature was 48F this morning and 52F this afternoon. The angler density moderate and angler success was also moderate. Some anglers had a bit more luck when there was some cloud cover. Steelhead was the only species mentioned being hooked or landed. Most anglers were in the middle of the run, with a few walking the up and down the run.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is 750 CFS; it is currently scheduled to stay at that flow until 11:59 pm on 04/23/2026. The gauge at Pineville is currently at 1470 CFS. Tonight: A few passing clouds. Low near 40F. Winds light and variable.   Tomorrow: Partly cloudy skies. High 59F. Winds NNW at 10 to 15 mph.   Tomorrow Sunrise: 6:11 am Tomorrow Sunset:  7:56 pm
