DSR Fishing Report for 21 April 2026:  

REPORT:

The water temperature this morning was 46F and this afternoon it was 48F. Angler density was low and angling success was moderate. Most anglers were using beads and fished the middle of the run, while a few walked up to the upper portion of the middle section all the way to the bottom of the run. Most fish landed were Steelhead with one Brown landed. The water clarity was really good as stated by one angler.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is 1000 CFS; it is currently scheduled to stay at that flow until 7:30am on 04/22/2026. The flow will be dropped to 750CFS at 7:30am and remain there until 11:59pm 04/22/2026. The gauge at Pineville is currently at 1470 CFS. Tonight: Cloudy skies. Slight chance of a rain shower. Low 43F. Winds SE at 10 to 15 mph.   Tomorrow: Cloudy skies early, followed by partial clearing. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 62F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.   Tomorrow Sunrise: 6:13 am Tomorrow Sunset:  7:55 pm
