The water temperature at 7 AM was 41F and this afternoon at 1:30 was 46F. The flow out of the Dam is 750CFS through 8:59pm on 15 April, the flow increases to 1000CFS at 9pm through midnight on the 15th. The weather today was overcast the temperatures were in the mid 60's. For this evening showers early, then partly cloudy overnight. Low near 45F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50%. Tomorrow's forecast will be cloudy and becoming windy. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 49F. Winds WSW at 20 to 30 mph. Several dropback steelhead were landed using both float fishing with spinning rod and other anglers were swinging flies. Our guests that started fishing in the afternoon had pretty good success, a good bit of walking was needed.
