Fishing Report for 03/13/2025-We had (16) anglers join us on the run today, all showing up throughout the morning and most fishing ‘till just past noon with our last anglers departing around 5:00pm, working the traditional upper stretches all the way down to the lowest reaches of the run. The comments were almost identical to the last few days; everyone worked hard for a fish or two, primarily using egg sacks under floats, or egg imitations, along with a few squirmy worms, as well as a pair of steadfast Spey anglers. About two-thirds of the fish caught were fairly fresh, and the remainder colored up fairly well. Tomorrow the weather will again be above freezing at dawn, climbing to the upper 50s, with mostly sunny skies, and winds 6-10 mph from the SE. The flow from the dam is currently at 750 cfs due to bump up to 1000 cfs tonight at 8:00pm through 8pm tomorrow evening, then increase again to 1500 cfs at 8:00pm tomorrow night through 11:59pm Friday evening. The gauge at Pineville is currently registering 1100 cfs, down only 40 cfs from early this morning.
