With the day starting at 20 F and only reaching about 25 F, it was a late start for most anglers.  Winds picked up gradually over the course of the day making a cold day, even colder.  Needless to say, given today's conditions the outings were short, and sweet for just a few.  Today was windy, tomorrow is expected to be windier, with wind 14-18 MPH  and gusts up to 34 MPH expected.  The dam release is currently scheduled to remain at 750 CFS until 11:59 PM tomorrow (2/18).  For updated dam release scheduling please monitor safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill
