DSR Fishing Report for 17 March 2026:

  *** DSR will be CLOSED March 17th 2026 at 5 PM if no anglers are present due to high and dirty water conditions.

REPORT:

We had no anglers fish the run today. This was due to high and dirty water conditions caused by the snowmelt and run-off, along with very strong winds.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is 1600 cfs and currently scheduled to stay at that flow until 11:59pm on 03/17/2026. The gauge at Pineville is at 2270 CFS. Tonight: Cloudy with snow showers mainly during the evening. Cold. Low 13F. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 40%.   Tomorrow: Overcast. High 32F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.   Tomorrow Sunrise:  7:14am Tomorrow Sunset:  7:13 pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Season Pass Renewals began March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
