DSR Fishing Report for 17 February 2026:

REPORT:

  We had two anglers join us on the run today. One guest stated that he hooked a few fish in the hour or so he spent on the run. The other guest stated that he hooked and landed double digits.  

WEATHER / CFS:

  The current dam release is at 300 cfs through 11:59pm 02/17/’26. The gauge at Pineville is currently affected by ice which does not give a CFS reading. Tonight: Cloudy early with periods of light rain and snow later in the day. High near 35F. Winds light and variable. Chance of precip 90%. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected.   Tomorrow: Snow will taper off and end in the evening but skies will remain cloudy overnight. Low around 25F. Winds light and variable. Chance of snow 90%. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected.   Sunrise:  7:01am         Sunset:  5:38pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  Season Pass Renewals will begin March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
