DSR Fishing Report for 15 February 2026:

 

The current dam release is at 300 cfs through 11:59pm 02/16/’26. The gauge at Pineville is currently affected by ice which does not give a CFS reading.

REPORT:

We had about a dozen anglers join us on the run today, taking advantage of the almost ‘balmy’ feeling temperature compared to what we’ve had the past (3) weeks.  The fishing was listed as slow, with only a portion of the anglers coming off the water reporting any hook ups.  Anglers that were here early before the sun got high in the sky seemed to fare the best, using either egg sacs, beads, or artificial egg sacs, although one angler did pick up a nice brown in the middle section using a white wooly bugger with a bright pink bead.

Tonight: Cloudy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. Low 28F. Winds ESE at 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow: Cloudy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 39F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.

Season Pass Renewals will begin March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
