DSR Fishing Report for 19 January 2026: The current dam release at 4:30pm was 1200 CFS scheduled until 01/19/26 11:59pm. The Pineville gauge is currently 1510 CFS as of 4:30pm. The water temperature was not available this morning. REPORT: The angler density today was low. Angler success was slow to moderate with a few guests reporting a handful of Steelhead landed. All of the reports came from the middle to lower sections of the river. WEATHER: The forecast for tonight: Windy with snow showers this evening. A steadier snow evolving after midnight. Cold. Low 12F. Winds WSW at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of snow 80%. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected.   The forecast for tomorrow:  Snow during the morning will give way to lingering snow showers during the afternoon. High 17F. Winds WSW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 60%. Snow accumulating 3 to 5 inches.
