DSR Fishing Report: 18 December 2025 The current dam release is 350CFS, where it is projected to remain until 12/19/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 482 as of 4:30 PM. Water temperature today was 38F. Angling success throughout the DSR was described as moderate. Fish species reported were Steelhead. Angler density was moderate. The middle and upper middle sections of the river fished best according to various reports. The forecast for tonight is: “Rain. Low 43F. Winds SE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch.” The forecast for tomorrow is: “Windy with rain and some snow mixing in in the afternoon. Morning high of 51F with temps falling sharply to near freezing. Winds WSW at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 100%.
