12 Nov '25: The flow from the dam is currently at 1000 CFS, where it will remain until 11:59pm this evening. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently at 1310. The weather this morning was light overcast, low to mid 30s to begin the day (forecast high of 42 degrees), generally light winds, a very light snowfall all morning, with some brief flurries, minor accumulation, which began melting as the temperature rose above freezing. Water temperature was 40 degrees. This morning there was no report for the top section of the run. The upper part of the upper section had no anglers present. All other sections reported low guest density. There was very little information available for the bottom of the run, as well as the lower section, as there were only a couple of guests present throughout those areas. Slow fishing activity was reported for the bottom of the middle section, but fishing activity was described as good for the areas of the top of the middle section up through the bottom of the upper section. All anglers our River Patrol were able to speak with reported at least hooking up with fish. Some described the fishing activity today as “much better than the last two days”. Steelhead still predominate throughout the run; however, a few Chinook (King) Salmon were brought to hand in the bottom of the upper section. Fish were moving through and upriver. The afternoon report is the same as the morning with Brown Trout being sighted and some brought to hand. The forecast for tonight is: “Rain showers this evening with overcast skies overnight. Low 37F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 60%.” The forecast for tomorrow is: “Cloudy. Periods of rain early. High 41F. Winds WNW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 80%”.
