24 OCT '25 / PM: The Manor House guests' reserved areas are OPEN to all other DSR guests tomorrow, for the rest of the season. Appropriate signage has also been posted at the boundaries of these two areas.   The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/25/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 295 and slowly rising.   4:30pm report: current conditions are: Partly Cloudy, 51 degrees, light wind from the N / NW.  Water temperature is 51 degrees.   Throughout the run fish are holding in pools. A lot of the fish that are holding are engaging in spawning activity; please do NOT fish for spawning fish!   The estuary section reported low guest density, slow fishing activity, on Steelhead moving upriver as well as holding in pools.   The lower section reported low guest density and moderate to good fishing activity with primarily Steelhead, along with a few Kings brought to hand.   The middle section reported low to moderate guest activity with Steelhead being caught. They were seen holding in pools and moving upriver.   The upper section reported moderate to high guest density with mostly Steelhead along with a few Kings.  Both species were seen holding in pools and moving upriver.   There is no top section report.   The forecast for tomorrow is:  “Overcast.  High of 49 F.  Winds from the N at 5-10mph.   Pictured below is Meghan with her first Steelhead!  Meghan was fishing with Nick Pepper of ‘All Around Anglers Guide Service’.
