the Manor House guests' reserved areas (the South channel below the Glide, and the Upper Clay), is now OPEN to all categories of guests, for the entire day, until further notice; any other updates will be published immediately through here, our website fishing reports, through Guest Services at the Welcome Center, and through the River Patrol assigned to the two specific reserved areas. Appropriate signage has also been posted at the boundaries of these two areas, to indicate whether or not the areas are accessible.
The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/08/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 252.
9 AM report: Current conditions are: hazy blue skies, diffused sunshine, 57 degrees (high of 61 degrees forecasted), dead calm, dry. Water temperature is 60 degrees.
The estuary section reported low guest density, experiencing moderate fishing activity, with Chinook (King) salmon, which are moving upriver.
The lower section reported low guest density in the lower part, moderate guest density in the upper part, experiencing slow fishing activity in the lower part, and moderate fishing activity in the upper part, with a mix of Kings and Steelhead in the lower part, and Kings only in the upper part, that are moving upriver as well as holding in pools in the lower part, and moving upriver in the upper part.
The middle section reported high guest density in the lower part and moderate guest density in the upper part; experiencing moderate fishing activity throughout, with a mix of Kings and Steelhead in the lower part, and Kings and Brown Trout in the upper part, with fish moving upriver, as well as holding in pools throughout.
The upper section reported high guest density throughout, with good fishing activity throughout, with a mix of Kings, Cohos, and Steelhead throughout, that are all moving upriver.
The top section reported low guest density, experiencing slow fishing activity, with Kings only, that are moving upriver.
The forecast for tonight is: "Some clouds this evening will give way to mainly clear skies overnight. Slight chance of a shower throughout the evening. Low around 35F. Winds NNE at 5 to 10 mph". The forecast for tomorrow is: "A mainly sunny sky. High 54F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph".
