Please purchase online passes in advance, if possible. If not, here is the link to our walk-up pass procedures: https://douglastonsalmonrun.com/walkup/ The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 200 CFS until 09/16/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 198. Current conditions are hazy blue skies, sunshine, 72 degrees.  Water temperature at 5:00pm was 70 degrees F. River Patrol 5 PM fishing report (this report is a subjective, generalized, evaluation of fishing conditions within large, yet specific, areas of the run, compiled through personal observations of the River Patrol assigned to these areas, as well as those of our guests angling within these areas, over a span of several hours, and may differ from your personal observations): The estuary section reported no anglers present, however River Patrol members reported that there are several pods of Chinook (King) salmon milling about in both the North and center channels, holding in place. The lower and middle sections reported a low density of anglers, experiencing low angling success, with a mix of Kings and Cohos that are both holding in pools as well as moving upriver. The upper section reported low angler density, experiencing slow angling success with primarily Kings holding in pools. The top section reported no guests present, with Kings observed moving upriver. STAGGERED RELEASE. Effective through Saturday, 1 November, we are conducting our staggered release schedule. The release schedule may be found at https://douglastonsalmonrun.com/release-schedule/ MANOR HOUSE GUESTS: We recognize the need for both timely and accurate information regarding the fishing activities of our Manor House guests, in order for all guests to plan their own fishing activities. At this time, our first scheduled date for Manor House guests to fish will be Monday, 22 September 2025. We will publish the fishing plans of our Manor House guests for that day, as well as the status of the reserved area(s), on the prior evening's fishing report (Sunday, 21 September 2025). This same procedure, of announcing the Manor Guest fishing plans the evening ahead, will hold true for any other day that we have scheduled Manor House guests on the run. This information will be reinforced or updated by both Guest Services and River Patrol during the morning phased releases. Any further updates during the day will be published to the on-duty Guest Services Staff to alert guest checking-in throughout the day. On duty River Patrol will also verbally inform guests present around or within the reserved areas, as well as change the on-stream signage to indicate the current status of the Manor Guest reserved fishing areas. The forecast for tomorrow is: "Considerable clouds early. Some decrease in clouds later in the day. High 76F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.".
