We have overcast skies, a short-lived storm front moved through about two hours ago, raining torrentially, but that tapered off so it is currently drizzling rain as of 4:50 PM, air temperature is 64 degrees, dead calm. Water temperature bumped up one degree to 69 degrees.

the estuary section is closed to fishing though tomorrow, due to ongoing river restoration construction, and did not report;
the lower section from #19 (No Name) downriver is closed to fishing though tomorrow, due to ongoing river restoration construction, but reported for the rest of that section that it was quiet, with unidentified fish moving upriver;
the middle section reported low guest density, slow fishing activity, with Chinook (King) Salmon both moving upriver and holding in pools;
the upper section reported low guest density, quiet, with unidentified fish moving upriver;
the top section reported it was difficult to ascertain what was happening there due to storm conditions.
The forecast for tonight is: "Cloudy and damp with rain early...then becoming partly cloudy. Low 52F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 100%." The forecast for tomorrow is: "Partly cloudy. High near 80F. Winds S at 10 to 20 mph."
