198 CFS Pineville Gauge
200 CFS Dam Release

September 2, 2025

River Patrol Report 9/2/25-we had mostly sunny skies, (once again), with some light cloud clover that moved in after the noon hour with temperatures in the mid-70s along with light W / NW winds. The flow remained at 185 cfs from the dam today.  We had a few guests fishing the lower section with a handful of Kings and Cohos brought to hand.  Most of the fish in that area were holding, although scattered groups of 1-3 Salmon were observed moving upstream. The middle section of the river proved to be the most heavily fished with a good number of Kings and Cohos, (along with a few Browns in the 6-8 lb. range) hooked and or released. The upper section of the river had a solid turn-out with guests as well as the number of Kings and Cohos that our guests connected with.  (A few Browns under 5lbs were also in the mix.) We didn’t have guests fishing the upper section of our river this afternoon. Tomorrow we expect temperatures in the mid-50s at dawn pushing up to the low 80s, with considerable sunshine, little chance of any precipitation, and winds from the S / SW at 5-8mph. The river will stay at 185 cfs from the dam through at least midnight tomorrow evening; the gauge at Pineville is at 209 cfs. The river restoration will continue tomorrow; fishing from ‘No Name Hole’ / #19 on our DSR Map downstream is closed until the restoration is complete.  We expect that project to be completed NLT September 5th.
