5pm River Patrol fishing report follows: Similar to yesterday’s afternoon report, the fishing from the lowest section of the run to the top experienced slow results, and low angler volume today. With the sun shining down brightly and the flow at 185 cfs from the dam, the fish were mostly holding in the deeper sections. The fish that were caught were predominantly Kings. Tomorrow’s weather is scheduled to start off mostly sunny, with temperatures in the low 50s rising to the mid-70s by mid-afternoon, when mostly cloudy skies will move in. Winds will be from the N / WNW 2-8 mph. There is little chance of any precipitation. The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 cfs through at least midnight tomorrow. As mentioned previously, the river restoration project is on hold through tomorrow and will re-commence Tuesday, September 2nd with the completion now scheduled for NLT September 5th.
