8/24/2025-The rain that we had hoped to get didn’t materialize, at least up to the time of this report. Cloudy skies with temperatures in the upper 70s, along with high humidity and southerly winds was the weather pattern for us today. Our guests, (some are still on the river at this time), caught some Smallmouth and Fall fish, but didn’t raise or see any Salmon throughout the day. The water flow remained at 185 cfs from the dam and 216 cfs at Pineville. Tomorrow’s forecast calls for temperatures starting out around 60 degrees F barely reaching 70 degrees F by days end, coupled with winds from the W / SW at 5-7 mph, picking up after midday and be coming Westerly at 10-15 mph. There is some light precipitation listed for the morning hours but becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon. Fishing from ‘No Name Hole’, (#19 on our DSR map) downstream is still closed as the River Restoration continues with a completion date of NLT 1 September
