8/22/2025-We had a mostly sunny day with light winds here on the run, temperatures reaching the low 80s. The water flow remained consistent at 185 cfs from the dam, and 216 at the Pineville gauge. Our guests on the run had some luck with smallmouth; no hook ups or sightings of Salmon at this time. (We have guests currently on the run and will edit this post with any significant updates.) Temperatures will start out tomorrow around 60 degrees F, reaching the low 80s by mid-afternoon with mostly sunny skies in the morning, giving way to increasing clouds and the possibility of some scattered thunderstorms after 6:00pm. Winds will be from the S at 5-10mph. As previously mentioned, the River Restoration project is ongoing with a completion date scheduled for NLT 1 September. Fishing from ‘No Name Hole’, (#19 on our DSR map) downstream is closed until the completion of the restoration.
