8/17/2025-We have (1) guest who joined us on the run mid afternoon and hasn’t come back up yet; I’ll update this report if any fish are brought to hand. The water flow is at 185 cfs from the dam and 216 cfs at Pineville.  Water temperature was 76 degrees midday. We had an overcast, warm, muggy day until just after the noon hour, then the wind shifted, coming from the N NE at about 10-15 mph and the temperature dropped several degrees, even producing a very light sprinkle that only lasted a few minutes. As mentioned in yesterday’s report the River Restoration Project is in full swing and due to be completed NLT September 1^st.  There is no fishing below the Spring Hole, both South and North sides of the DSR until the project is completed.
