Yesterday's Report
Last Tuesday our CFS at the dam was 185, however it bumped up to 205 on Wednesday, where it remained until today when it bumped further up to 350. Tonight, at 10 PM, the CFS at the dam is projected to bump up to 750, where it will remain through the weekend (this is part of a scheduled release for recreational reasons). The CFS at the Pineville gauge hovered in the mid 240s to low 250s Tuesday through Thursday, but moved up to 419 today. Our weather has been pleasant, in the low 80s Tuesday and Wednesday, then low 70s for Thursday and today, with light winds, the very occasional sprinkle, and abundant sunshine. Water temperatures have been in the low to mid 70s. We have had one to two guests each day, primarily targeting Fallfish (successfully). The two guests who targeted Smallmouth Bass on two days were able to get into five total on Wednesday only, in the 12" range. Tomorrow's forecast is: "Mainly sunny. High 77F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph."
