The water temperature was 40F this morning and warmed up to 44F by the afternoon. There were about 2 dozen anglers on the run and most of them had a challenging day. A few anglers had bites and only a couple of fish were landed. There were clear blue skies and very little wind and the temperature got up to 51F. For this evening it will be mainly clear. Low near 35F. WNW winds shifting to SSE at 10 to 15 mph. Tomorrow's forecast will be partly cloudy skies in the morning that will give way to cloudy skies during the afternoon. Slight chance of a rain shower. High 64F. Winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph. The flow out of the Dam will be 750CFS thru midnight on the 14th.
