DSR Fishing Report for 22 March 2026:  

REPORT:

The angler density was low today, and the angler success was slow. Anglers were in the middle of the run, the fish that were landed were fresh as stated by one of our guests. The water is still stained and visibility is about 3 feet. A season pass holder landed a fish using a pink worm on a bobber.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is 1750CFS and currently scheduled to stay at that flow until 11:59pm on 03/23/2026. The gauge at Pineville is at 2120CFS. Tonight: Cloudy. Low 26F. Winds NNE at 5 to 10 mph.   Tomorrow: Cloudy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 34F. Winds NNW at 10 to 15 mph.   Tomorrow Sunrise:  7:05 am Tomorrow Sunset:  7:19 pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Season Pass Renewals began March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
