DSR Fishing Report for 08 March 2026:

REPORT:

The angler density was low today and it’s unknown how he did. With the start of Daylight Savings Time, our hours of operation have changed to opening at 6:45 am and closing at 7:45 pm.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is scheduled to stay at 1200 CFS until 11:59pm on 03/09/2026. The gauge at Pineville is at 1460 CFS. Tonight: A few passing clouds. Low 38F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.   Tomorrow: Intervals of clouds and sunshine. High 62F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph.   Tomorrow Sunrise:  7:30 am Tomorrow Sunset:  7:02 pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Season Pass Renewals began March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
