DSR Fishing Report for 02 March 2026:

REPORT:

Angler density was low today, and angler success was slow to moderate. A majority of the guests reported hooking and landing “a few” Steelhead in the middle section of the river.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is scheduled to stay at 1200 CFS until 11:59pm on 03/03/2026. The gauge at Pineville has been malfunctioning as we’re still not receiving a flow report from that gauge. Tonight: Clear to partly cloudy. Low 16F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.   Tomorrow: Cloudy with snow showers developing during the afternoon. Some mixed winter precipitation possible. High 38F. Winds SE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 50%.   Tomorrow Sunrise:  6:42am Tomorrow Sunset:  5:53pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Season Pass Renewals will begin March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
