DSR Fishing Report for 01 March 2026:

REPORT:

Angler density was low today, and angler success was slow to moderate. One season pass holder had a really good day in the middle of the run centerpinning, landing several fresh Steelhead. The middle of the run saw the most action with a few Steelhead and Browns being landed. Centerpinning was the choice of rigging today. Anglers were commenting on the flow, that 750CFS out of the dam is not reflected in the flow on the run.  

WEATHER / CFS:

The current dam release is scheduled to stay at 750cfs until 7:00pm on 03/01/2026 when the flow will be increased to 1200CFS. This level will remain until 11:59pm on 03/02/2026 . The gauge at Pineville has been malfunctioning as we’re still not receiving a flow report from that gauge. Tonight: Cloudy early with some clearing expected late. A few flurries or snow showers possible. Low 1F. Winds light and variable.   Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. High 24F. Winds light and variable.   Sunrise:  6:42am         Sunset:  5:53pm  

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Season Pass Renewals will begin March 1st, 2026. Full payment or a deposit will be required by March 31st, 2026. Balance payments will be due by June 26th, 2026. If space is available, the first round of invitations to those on the waiting list will be sent out the first week of April 2026.
