DSR Fishing Report: 24 December 2025, PM Report Today’s Forecast: Mostly cloudy. Morning high of 37F with temps falling to near 25. Winds NW at 15 to 25 mph. Higher wind gusts possible. The current dam release is 500 CFS, where it is projected to remain until 12/24/25 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 695 CFS as of 12:22 PM. Water temperature was not recorded today. Angling success throughout the DSR was described by our guests as good to excellent. Fish species reported in today’s catch were mostly steelhead with a lone brown trout. Angler density was moderate given the current 30 person angler limit.
