23 OCT '25: The Manor House guests' reserved areas, the South channel below the Glide, as well as the Upper Clay, are both OPEN to all other DSR guests for the rest of the season. The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/23/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 244. 5 PM report: Water temperature is 53 degrees. Throughout the run, unless otherwise noted, fish are both moving upriver as well as holding in pools. A lot of the fish that are holding are engaging in spawning activity; please do NOT fish for spawning fish! The estuary section reported Salmon moving upriver. The lower section reported low guest density throughout, experiencing slow fishing activity. Steelhead were holding in pools. The middle section reported low guest density in the lower part, moderate guest density in the upper part; experiencing moderate fishing activity throughout, with Steelhead, King, Coho and Brown Trout. The upper section reported moderate guest density, with good fishing activity, Steelhead the predominant species. Most fish are moving upriver. The top section reported moderate guest density, good fishing activity, again, Steelhead moving upriver. The forecast for tonight is: Cloudy with periods of rain. Low 41F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall near a quarter of an inch. The forecast for tomorrow is: "Cloudy with occasional rain...mainly in the morning. High 49F. Winds W at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 100%. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch".
