11 Oct '25 / AM Fishing Report:
The two Manor House guests' reserved areas (the South channel below the Glide, and a portion of the Upper Clay) are CLOSED, today, Saturday, October 11th, 2025, to all other categories of guests, until further notice; any updates will be published immediately through here, our website fishing reports, through Guest Services at the Welcome Center, and through the River Patrol assigned to the two specific reserved areas. Appropriate signage has also been posted at the boundaries of these two areas, to indicate whether or not the areas are accessible.
The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/11/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 202. Water temperature is 55 degrees as of 09:30 am.

There are three lodges available on the 16th of October: Mud Creek, Salmon Run Lodge and Deer Run. The lodges are for one night only and have a minimum occupancy rate of 3 guests for Mud Creek and Deer Run and for Salmon Run 5 guests. The lodges can be booked online.
The estuary section reported a low number of guests, with slow angling success, with Chinook (King) salmon moving upriver through both the North and center channels.
The lower section reported high guest density throughout, experiencing moderate to good fishing activity, with Kings, Coho, and Steelhead. Fish were observed as both moving upriver and holding in selected pools.
The middle section reported high guest density, and moderate to good angling success, with Kings and Coho moving upriver and holding in selected pools.
The upper section reported moderate guest density, with moderate fishing activity throughout with Kings and Coho being brought to hang. They were moving upriver as well as holding in pools.
The top section reported moderate guest density, experiencing slow fishing activity, with Kings only, that are moving upriver and holding in pools.
