6 OCT '25: the Manor House guests' reserved area (the Upper Clay) is CLOSED to all guests for the day - The South Channel below the glide is CLOSED to all guests, for the full day, until further notice; any updates will be published immediately through here, our website fishing reports, through Guest Services at the Welcome Center, and through the River Patrol assigned to the two specific reserved areas. Appropriate signage has also been posted at the boundaries of these two areas, to indicate whether or not the areas are accessible. The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/05/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 195. Water Temperature degrees Current Weather Conditions: Clear skies. Low near 55F. Winds light and variable. Tomorrow’s Forecast: Sunshine along with some cloudy intervals. High 81F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. 5:00 PM fishing report: The estuary section reported low number of anglers with moderate angling success. King and Coho salmon were reported moving upriver. The lower section reported low to moderate number of anglers met with moderate success. King and Coho salmon were the predominant species with a couple steelhead mixed in. Fish were reported moving upriver and holding pools. The middle section reported moderate to high number of anglers experiencing moderate angling success. King, Coho salmon and a couple of steelhead were reported moving upriver as well as holding in pools. The upper section reported moderate angling pressure with moderate angling success. King and Coho salmon reported to be moving upriver. The top section reported no anglers present.
