03 OCT '25: The Manor House guests' reserved areas are closed to DSR guests tomorrow, Saturday, October 4th, until further notice; any updates will be published immediately through here, our website fishing reports, through Guest Services at the Welcome Center, and through the River Patrol assigned to the two specific reserved areas. Appropriate signage has also been posted at the boundaries of these two areas, to indicate whether the areas are accessible. The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 185 CFS until 10/04/2025 11:59 PM. The CFS at the Pineville gauge is currently 195. The estuary section reported low guest density with quiet angling success. Kings were the primary fish being caught and were seen holding in pools. The lower section reported moderate guest density along with good success with Kings and Cohos in the mix, seen both holding in pools and moving upriver. The middle section reported moderate guest density throughout, experiencing good fishing, with Kings, Cohos and a goodly number of Steelhead brought to hand, with fish being seen moving upriver as well as holding in pools. The upper section reported moderate guest density and moderate angling success with Kings being brought to hand. Fish were seen moving up-river. The top section reported low guest density and slow angling success. King and Coho salmon were reported as moving upriver. The forecast for tomorrow is: "Mainly sunny. High 77F. Winds will be light and variable.”
