PM Fishing Report for 09/07/2025-The flow from the dam is currently 200 cfs and scheduled to remain that way until at least 11:59pm 09/08/2025; the flow at the Pineville gauge was 216 cfs. Water temperature taken at 2pm was 65 degrees F. We had primarily sunny skies this afternoon with temperatures in the low 60s with Westerly winds 8-15mph. Tomorrow, we expect partly cloudy skies, high temperature of 65 degrees F, with winds out of the W / NW 5-15 mph. NOTE / SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: The stream restoration project has been completed as of yesterday; all areas of the river, including below hole #19, (No Name) reopened to fishing effective at 5:45am today, September 6th, 2025. The estuary reported a low volume of anglers with slow angling success. There were random sightings of Kings lurking but not making any big moves upstream The lower section reported a low volume of anglers and slow angling success with Kings only The middle section also reported a low volume of anglers; however, the fishing success was rated as moderate with Kings holding in pools as well as moving upstream The upper section reported a low volume of anglers with slow angling success. With Kings the species being reported. The top section reported no anglers present. Today, very similar to yesterday in terms of species being caught and seen moving or holding in pools, were King Salmon.
