8/27/2025-As you may have already seen in a previous report the 1st Salmon of the fall was landed by one of our Season Pass Holders, Marty. In addition, the to the King he landed another ½ dozen made their way by him headed upriver. The flow is 185 cfs from the dam and the Pineville gauge was at 213 cfs, water temperature midday was 67 degrees F. For tomorrow the forecast is calling for a low temperature of around 58, with mostly cloudy skies, climbing to a high of 73 degrees F, and winds from the S SW 5-12 mph. There is some rain in the forecast for late afternoon into the evening with totals by midnight around ½”. As noted yesterday Brookfield is keeping the flow at 185 cfs through early September until we receive an appreciable amount of precipitation. The river restoration continues from ‘No Name Hole’ / #19 on our DSR map downstream with a completion date of NLT 1 September. There is no fishing / walking from that area downstream until the restoration has been completed.
