***The DSR will be close tomorrow, Friday, July 4th for our Nation’s Birthday and will re-open Saturday, July 5th from 6:00am – 1:00pm.*** We’ve had water flows from 250 cfs through 350 cfs this week, water temperatures in the high 60s to low 70s, with plenty of sun mixed in with cloud cover for those guests who fished with us. Although Smallmouth fishing does seem to be down from historical averages here on the DSR all of our anglers that targeted them hooked and landed at least (1) and some days several more. The other species that has had some followers is Fall Fish with several anglers specifically pursuing them this week, with catches normally in the single digits. We are about 45 days away from the 1st Salmon making it’s way into the river and the excitement is building with each passing day!
