Affected Area: A portion of central New York, including the following counties, Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego. Flooding is most likely along streams and rivers which drain the Tug Hill Plateau and western foothills of the Adirondacks
The flow out of the Dam will remain at 1500CFS thru midnight on the 16th. The weather for tonight will be cloudy. Low 51F. Winds SE at 10 to 20 mph. For tomorrow cloudy early then becoming windy with periods of rain later in the day. High around 65F. Winds SSE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph. Just a few anglers were on the run today. Between the winds, water clarity and flow fishing today was challenging. Most anglers tried up and down the run, using beads under bobbers, but the fish were elusive. Those that were swinging flies had the same result.
