Fishing Report for 03/05/2025-We had a handful of guests fish the run today, all of them swinging flies in the middle sections.  Each had a fish on if not landed; I spoke to the guest who was fortunate enough to land his steelhead and said it was completely chrome, not colored up at all. With the temperature pushing 50 degrees today and a moderate amount of showers, there was some reduction in our snowpack, but as of 5:15pm the warmer temperatures and precipitation hadn’t increased any of the feeder streams to a great extent.  For tomorrow, temperatures should remain above freezing, in the mid-40s, gradually decreasing through the day ending up in the high 20s by nightfall.  Winds will be light, around 6-10 mph from the S/SW in the morning, then become increasingly stronger, 15-20 mph, from W/NW by late afternoon with a chance of snow flurries.   The flow from the dam is scheduled to remain at 1200 cfs through at least 11:59pm tomorrow night; (please continue to check https://www.safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill or our DSR site if planning on coming from any distance away to fish tomorrow as its possible with rain scheduled through this evening the flow from the dam might increase.)  The flow from the Pineville Gauge is currently 1500 cfs.
