Overcast skies today with some light drizzle coming in late this afternoon and the wind was brutal today. Coming straight downriver made things difficult for our anglers today. It did relent toward the end of the day but by that time most of our anglers had left the run. Still, the few anglers that I spoke with most of them were able to bring a few fish to hand. The occasional sucker is showing up and one Brown Trout was also in the mix. Cooler temperatures tomorrow (in the low forties), breezy in the morning, and periods of rain throughout the day. It looks like the power company changed their minds as the water is not scheduled to go up to 1500 cfs at 9:00PM as originally scheduled, but will remain at 1200 cfs through midnight tomorrow (the 3rd). Current flow t Pineville is 1380 cfs with a slight uptick of 10 cfs.
