Unexpected flurries this morning only accumulated to less than an inch here, but made for a messy morning. Given just the road conditions, only a couple of anglers joined us today for morning outings, a few later in the day. Fishing conditions were fairly tough today, with driving winds for most of the day working against anglers. Another day of 'okay' fishing, with a fish or two landed if you put in the time. Temperatures are expected to drop just below freezing again tonight, but rise above freezing by late morning tomorrow. At this time the dam release is scheduled to remain at 750 CFS until 11:59 PM tonight (1/5). Please check safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill for updated dam release scheduling ahead of any upcoming trips.
