9 AM River Patrol fishing report: CFS at the dam 350, CFS at the Pineville gauge 442, opening air temperature 59 degrees, water temperature 60 degrees, currently hazy blue skies and sunshine, little to no breezes - estuary section reported more fish in the middle channel than in the North channel, moving up into the run, providing "slow" action (hookups few and far between) on Chinook ("King") salmon in this section - all sections upriver also reported fish moving through their sections - just upriver, the inflow of fish provided "good" (hooking up steadily) action for our guests, on King salmon - the lower section reported "moderate" action (hooking up, could be better) at the lower end of this section, and "slow" action at the upper end of this section, all Kings - "moderate" action on Kings was reported throughout the middle section, with "moderate" action continuing into the upper section on both Kings and Coho salmon
