9:30 AM River Patrol fishing report: CFS at the dam 350, CFS at Pineville 382 - water temperature 63 F - Chinook ("King") salmon are present throughout the run, most of these fish actively moving upriver, in very small groups, with a few holding in pools at the lower end - we were also seeing Coho (typically) shooting through the upper section of the run this morning - guest presence is low in the lower section of the run, perhaps due to lesser degrees of success there, with guest density and success increasing as we move towards the upper sections - featured in the photograph is Gavin, who drove from MA early this morning, with a nice King - he was guided by DSR Guide Scott Mathna of Redlegg Outfitters
