Conditions on the run remained fair, with moderate overcast throughout the day and just a brief stint of heavy rain. With another day of a 750 CFS release the anticipation continued for the increased flows to bring some more fish into the river. Based on reports from our River Patrol and anglers we spoke with there was a slight increase in activity with a mix of Kings and Coho today. Most success was indicated in the morning, with a bit of a mid day lull. Anglers fishing the middle and upper sections seemed to report the most activity throughout the day. The dam release is scheduled to be reduced from 750 CFS to 350 CFS tonight 9/1 at 6:00 PM, where it currently scheduled to remain until 11:59 PM tomorrow 9/2. Please monitor safewaters.com/facility/lighthouse-hill for updated dam release scheduling and information.
